All products and services offered by Music Agents Pro (MAP) are 100% non-refundable. Once a purchase or booking is completed, the sale is considered final.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that MAP does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits for any reason, including dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of the service, or failure to utilize the product or session.
All digital products—including e-books, guides, planners, templates, MAP Toolbox documents, and downloadable resources—are delivered instantly or accessible upon purchase. Because these items cannot be “returned,” all digital products are non-refundable.
Accessing, downloading, or viewing any digital product constitutes full and final acceptance of delivery.

If rescheduling is allowed for your service type, it must be done before the appointment time. MAP reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests.
Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal after receiving a service or digital product is considered a breach of these policies.
MAP reserves the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery, client agreement, booking logs, communication records, and Terms & Conditions acceptance to the payment processor.
False chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:
