Booking a consulting session with MAP is fast and simple. All sessions are scheduled online through MAP’s secure booking system.
To book a session:
1. Visit the MAP consulting page or booking link. 2. Choose the session type you need (Artist Development, Strategy Call, Release Review, etc.). 3. Select your preferred date and time from the available calendar slots. 4. Complete the booking form with your details and goals. 5. Read and accept the terms of service, By clicking the box. 6. Submit payment to confirm your session.
Once payment is completed, your time slot is officially reserved exclusively for you.
After booking, you will receive:
• A confirmation email with your session details • A reminder before your session • A direct link to your video session (for vCita bookings)
MAP recommends booking early because session slots can fill quickly, especially during project launch periods or seasonal release cycles.
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. MAP does not hold unpaid time slots.
After you book a session, your appointment is immediately secured in the MAP system. Your reserved time slot cannot be given to another client once payment has been processed.
You will receive three confirmations:

Canceling a membership immediately removes access to member-only content, bonuses, and tools.
